Elsewhere, Uruguay and France battle it out in what is expected to be a scrappy fixture, where no team can be ruled out of making the semi-finals.
Hosts, Russia, have reached the quarter-final of the World Cup for the first time since the breakup of the Soviet Union.
Lastly, England are now favourites, not only to beat Sweden in Saturday’s quarter-final, but to reach the World Cup final itself having being paired up with the so-called easier half of the draw. Can this young English team go all the way?
