Managing a modest squad of 23 players, the German attributed the team’s fitness to meticulous periodization. “Our players hardly get muscle injuries, so that talks to great periodisation,” he explained. Drawing from seven years of hard work and education, including playing in the Bundesliga, Ramovic highlighted the distinction between playing and coaching, underscoring the importance of earning the highest coaching license globally.
