SuperSport United have announced the signing of Nyiko Mobbie and Ricardo Goss ahead of the new DStv Premiership season.
Mobbie joins Matsatsantsa on a two-year deal from Mamelodi Sundowns, having spent the past few campaigns on loan with Sekhukhune United.
The 29-year-old Bafana Bafana defender began his career with Free State Stars before signing for the Brazilians in 2019 and going on to spend much of his time with the club out on loan, with the likes of Stellenbosch, Chippa United and Sekhukhune.
Bafana goalkeeper Ricardo Goss, meanwhile, rejoins the club, on a two-year loan deal, also from Sundowns.
Goss has spent the past two campaigns on loan with Matsatsantsa, and the two deals go hand-in-hand with Kegan Johannes’ departure to the DStv Premiership champions.
Vincent Pule, Thakasani Mbanjwa and Brooklyn Poggenpoel are also expected to be unveiled by the club after the players joined SuperSport for their pre-season tour of Botswana where they will be playing in the Mayogoleele Pre-Season Tournament.
