Orlando Pirates will prepare for the upcoming DStv Premiership campaign with a pre-season trip to Spain.
The Buccaneers are currently enjoying a short break following their 2023/24 exploits that saw the club win both the MTN8 and Nedbank Cup, alongside a second-placed league finish.
The Soweto giants face English Championship side Plymouth Argyle on July 12 – a team that is now coached by former Manchester United and England forward Wayne Rooney.
They then face La Liga side Sevilla FC on July 15 before a fixture with Qatari side Al Sadd SC on Juy 16.
The club posted on their website: “Orlando Pirates Football Club is pleased to announce the club’s Preseason schedule for 2024. The Mighty Buccaneers will be returning to Europe for a three-match tour in Spain.”
