HUGO BROOS NAMES TEN FRESH FACES IN BAFANA BAFANA SQUAD

Broos is usually known for not tinkering with his squads to much but is viewing the friendlies as an ideal opportunity to test out new combinations. Bafana face Andorra on March 21 in Annaba and Algeria in the capital Algiers on March 26.

Bafana have not played since an excellent Africa Cup of Nations campaign in which they made it all the way to the semifinals.

The new callups are as follows: Bruce Bvuma (Kaizer Chiefs), Tapelo Xoki, Patrick Maswanganyi (Orlando Pirates), Siyabonga Ngezana (FCBS), Goodman Mosele (Chippa United), Grant Margeman (SuperSport United), Iqraam Rayners (Stellenbosch), Elias Mokwana (Sekhukhune United), Mlondi Mbanjwa (AmaZulu) and Khanyisa Mayo (Cape Town City FC).

The players to have been omitted are: Veli Mothwa, Siyanda Xulu, Khuliso Mudau, Jayden Adams, Thabang Monare, Thapelo Maseko, Mihlali Mayambela, Zakhele Lepasa, Evidence Makgopa and Percy Tau.
