Here are SBN’s tips and predictions!

Namibia 5/4 | Draw 18/10 | Lesotho 26/10 (15:00)

Namibia and Lesotho go head-to-head at the Isaac Wolfson Stadium today after both sides failed to collect maximum points in their opening fixtures. With the disappointment from the first fixture, both sides will go into it with the hopes of finding their feet and earning maximum points to get their COSAFA campaign up and running.

The results have been split right down the middle in the history of this fixture, with Namibia and Lesotho claiming four wins each in their previous 11 meetings. This will be the fifth-ever COSAFA Cup meeting between the two nations, with Lesotho claiming two wins and one draw in their previous four encounters. Namibia’s only COSAFA Cup win over Notsi’s men came in July 2007, when they secured a 3-2 victory at the Gaborone National Stadium. Namibia have failed to win their last five matches in the COSAFA Cup, losing twice and claiming two draws since a 1-0 victory over Mozambique in July 2022.

We anticipate a cagey affair as both sides look to avoid an early exit. Notsi’s men head into the game as the more in-form side and we are backing Lesotho to come away with a narrow victory.
