Kaizer Chiefs are reportedly set to join the race by other PSL teams to sign Bafana Bafana midfielder Yusuf Maart.
According to Soccer Laduma, Chiefs are set to make an offer to Sekhukhune United for the 26-year-old Maart during the January transfer window.
Maart has looked in great form for Sekhukhune and Bafana during 2021 after initially joining Babina Noko from Orlando Pirates in 2020, after Bucs loaned out to Cape Town side Cape Umoya United FC in 2019.
The midfielder is reportedly wanted by a number of DStv Premiership sides, including – Mamelodi Sundowns, AmaZulu FC and now Chiefs.
Maart’s contract with Sekhukhune runs until June 2023 but they do have the option to extend his spell by a further year.
