SuperSport United attacker Shandre Campbell is unlikely to remain in South Africa next season, explains agent Mike Makaab.
The 18-year-old broke into the Matsatsantsa first team this season, playing 30 games in all competitions.
He contributed with five goals and six assists to attract the attention of a number of overseas-based teams.
Speaking to Gagasi FM, Makaab revealed that he expects to finalise a deal for the talented teenager in the next two weeks.
“The likelihood of him staying in South Africa is not good,” said Makaab.
“We have a few teams that have expressed interest in the young man, and I’m hoping within the next seven to 10 days, at a stretch 14 days, to be able to give you some exciting news about Shandre Campbell.
“We have a number of very interesting clubs who have expressed a serious interest to bring him to Europe for the start of the new season.”
