Dr. Irvin Khoza, the owner of Orlando Pirates football club, has secured his sixth term as the Chairman of the Premier Soccer League (PSL).
This significant re-election took place during the Quadrennial General Meeting (QGM) held on Wednesday at the prestigious Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg.
The QGM served as a platform to address a wide range of matters pertinent to the league’s operations. Key agenda items included the presentation and discussion of the previous year’s annual report, as well as the careful consideration of proposed amendments to the NSL Handbook, the governing document of the league.
In alignment with Article 27 of the NSL Handbook, the newly elected Executive Committee was chosen to serve a four-year term. The following individuals were elected to this esteemed body:

The Executive Committee welcomes three new members: Sifiso Biyela of Richards Bay, Tim Sukazi of TS Galaxy, and Johnny Mogaladi of Polokwane City. These individuals replace John Comitis of Cape Town City, Robert Benadie of Stellenbosch FC, and Chief Thidiela of Black Leopards.
As the newly elected Executive Committee takes the reins, they assume the responsibility of making crucial decisions that will shape the future trajectory of the PSL over the next four years.
Their collective expertise and leadership will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of South African football.
