PSL Appoints New Disciplinary Committee

PSL Appoints New Disciplinary Committee

The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has announced the appointment of a new Disciplinary Committee (DC) panel, effective immediately.

This independent body, consisting of four co-chairpersons and 17 panellists, will serve a four-year term.

The Role of the DC

The DC is responsible for adjudicating disciplinary matters within the PSL, ensuring fair and impartial decisions. When a club or individual is charged with a disciplinary offense, the PSL prosecutor, Zola Majavu, presents the case before the DC. The accused party has the opportunity to defend themselves. The DC then carefully considers all the evidence and makes a final decision.

The New DC Panel

The newly appointed co-chairpersons and panellists bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the DC. Their role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of the league and upholding its rules and regulations.
