The 32-year-old striker brought an end to his six-year spell with Mamelodi Sundowns at the conclusion of last season.
During his time with the Chloorkop side, Shalulile netted 107 goals in 228 appearances in all competitions.
He also scooped nine major awards, winning the MTN 8, Nedbank Cup, African Football League, CAF Champions League and five league titles.
Tanzanians giants Yanga have since welcomed the player to the club, with a post on their socials.
Shalulile reunites with former Brazilians boss Manqoba Mngqithi after joining the club amid interest from Simba SC and Esperance.

Following his Downs exit, the player said: “I decided (to leave) and I then spoke to my mom that the best thing to do was to speak to the club and president.
“To give me the opportunity to showcase my talent somewhere else, which is something that I always wanted to do. The journey has been good and amazing.”
