The 33-year-old former Mamelodi Sundowns, Guimaraes, Amiens and Rangers midfielder was left without a club after parting ways with AmaZulu in 2025.
Zungu began his career with Dynamos FC and turned out for the University of Pretoria before securing a move to the Brazilians.
He spent a number of seasons abroad in Portugal, France and Scotland before his return to South Africa.
