Zungu: We are done with making signings

AmaZulu president Sandile Zungu says the DStv Premiership club have completed their signings for the off-season after being linked with Happy Jele.

The Orlando Pirates legend parted ways with his club of 16 years after turning down a non-playing role in search of at least another two years of top-flight football.
The 35-year-old is not yet ready to hang up his boots, but Usuthu have ruled themselves out as a possible destination.
Zungu told KickOff: “We will not be signing Happy Jele. He is definitely not coming to us.

“We are done with making any more signings, the team is in camp right now in Limpopo around Polokwane preparing for the new season.”
The AmaZulu boss added: “They will be done with camp soon.

“They will be playing in the Mangosuthu Cup this weekend, then there will be the Premier’s Cup, then the DStv Premiership kicks off next month.

“So when it comes to signing new players at this stage, we are done with it.”
