Zamalek say they are not interested in appointing Pitso Mosimane as their new head coach.
Mosimane is currently a free agent after parting ways with UAE Pro League side A Wahda.
The massively successful former Mamelodi Sundowns, El Ahly and Al-Ahli coach has been linked to Zamalek following the sacking of Juan Carlos Osorio.
Motamed Gamal is currently the club’s caretaker coach .
Zamalek board member Ahmed Soliman told MBC Misr: “There is no communication between Zamalek and Pitso Mosimane, the former Al Ahly coach, and everything said is not true.”
Mosimane has also been linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs, who are without a permanent boss following the sacking of Molefi Ntseki.
They are currently under the guidance of interim coach Cavin Johnson.
