England faces Slovakia in a crucial Euro 2024 knockout stage match. England have taken a group of exceptional attackers to Germany, but only Jude Bellingham and Harry Kane have found the back of the net at the tournament. The Three Lions have failed to come together to be anything close to the sum of their parts. Southgate’s side stumbled into the easier side of the draw with an undeserved first-place finish in Group C. Despite boasting arguably the most talented squad at the competition, the need to overcome their unconvincing group-stage performances and unlock their attacking potential. Slovakia, on the other hand, has exceeded expectations with a strong defense and is ready to cause an upset. That being said, I can’t see them getting past this England side. Back England on the win.
2/11 Spain | Draw 54/10 | Georgia 13/1 (21:00)
Spain is the overwhelming favorite against Georgia in their Euro 2024 last-16 match. La Roja dominated their group, winning all games and keeping clean sheets. Their attack is clicking with Morata scoring and young talents shining. Furthermore, they are yet to concede at the tournament and the defense is solid under Laporte. Georgia, a major underdog, qualified as runners-up in a weak group. Their defense is shaky and their squad depth is inferior to Spain’s. While De La Fuente may rotate players and experiment, I can’t see anything other than a comfortable win for Spain. Georgia will likely focus on damage limitation and try to avoid a blowout. This match is a chance for Spain to display their dominance and solidify their Euro 2024 title ambitions. Back Spain on a comfortable win here.
