AmaZulu interim coach Brandon Truter says he admires the harmony between co-coaches at Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates.
Truter is in line for the Usuthu post after his impressive run since taking over from the sacked Benni McCarthy.
Former Kaizer Chiefs boss Stuart Baxter is also a reported candidate for AmaZulu.
And while Rulani Mokwena, Manqoba Mngqithi and Steve Komphela have been achieving at Sundowns as Fadlu Davids and Mandla Ncikazi enjoy their time at Bucs, Truter insists not all coaches see “eye to eye”.
He said on Soccer Laduma: “I see Stuart Baxter is also on the list. Let’s cross that bridge when we get there.
“I admire the Sundowns co-coaches of Mokwena and Mngqithi and [Steve] Komphela; they have found harmony with one another.
“I also admire the two coaches at Pirates, but you need to find harmony. Once you bring in two contrasting styles of play, you will have a confused team.
“And once you have two contrasting ideas, you will have coaches who don’t see eye to eye.”
