DELPH LATEST
Fabian Delph has done another U-turn and is set to sign for Manchester City in an £8million deal, report the Manchester Evening News.
The Aston Villa midfielder was all set to make the move last weekend, when he was expected to have a medical and complete the transfer in time to join the Blues on their pre-season tour to Australia.
But that deal fell apart on Saturday morning when Delph announced he had changed his mind and would be staying at Villa.
Now, it seems, the England player has decided to go ahead with the original move after unconfirmed reports that he was having a medical in Wilmslow.
Delph had previously pledged his commitment to Aston Villa.

ATLETI IN LUIS TALKS
Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has confirmed the Spanish club is in talks with Chelsea regarding left-back Filipe Luis’s return.
The Brazil international joined Chelsea in a £15.8m transfer last summer, but after making just nine starts for the Premier League champions, the full back is reportedly keen to return to Spain.
“There are negotiations in place but I don’t know how fruitful they will be,” Cerezo said to the Spanish media. “Filipe Luis is a magnificent player.
“We would be delighted if he comes back and I think that in the end, we will find a solution.
“As always, the financial aspect takes precedence over the sentimental aspect but I believe a deal can be reached.”

ARSENAL EYE BUNDESLIGA STAR
Arsenal are set to make an improved offer for Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to reports in Germany.
The report suggests the Gunners are set to make an improved offer of more than £30m for the Gabon international after failing with an initial £28.7m bid.
However, Dortmund are understood to be unwilling to accept any offer below £31m after the club allowed Ciro Immobile to join Sevilla last week.

Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola backed those comments, declari
