TRANSFER NEWS: ANDILE JALI CONFIRM SIGNING FOR A DStv PREMIERSHIP TEAM

Former Orlando Pirates, Mamelodi Sundowns and Moroka Swallows star Andile Jali has been signed by an unnamed DStv Premiership side, the midfielder has confirmed.

34-year-old Jali, who has 49 caps for Bafana Bafana, has not decided to hang up his boots just yet after leaving Swallows at the end of the season.

The Matatiele–born playmaker has won several major honours for Pirates and Sundowns and even played in the Belgian first-division for KV Oostende in an illustrious career thus far.

His agent, Mike Makaab, had confirmed recently that Jali would not be retiring.

“We had a meeting, AJ has made the decision, he wants to continue playing,” Makaab told iDiski Times exclusively.

“Which is something I am happy with. Now the next thing is to look for opportunities for him and make the right decision.”

And now the player himself has announced that he will be playing in the PSL’s top-flight next season but says he is not permitted to disclose which club he is going to be representing.

“Everything has been sorted out. I have signed and [am] looking forward to next season. I can’t reveal the name of the team. My agent and the team are in a good position to do that.’ Jali told Kickoff.com
