English Premier League | Sunday 29 September | Britannia Stadium | 14:30
To Win (90mins)
Stoke 19/20
Norwich 31/10
Draw 24/10
Norwich contributed to their own downfall against Aston Villa, contriving to miss numerous chances, including a penalty.
They travel to the Britannia this weekend, where the field has been resized, ball boys retrenched and Rory Delap given his P45 (tax income for termination).
Mark Hughes has had an immediate impact, and much to my surprise, it’s been a positive one.
This fixture has never been one to produce plenty goals, but times have changed somewhat and this may actually be worth a watch.
Both teams were involved midweek, picking up contrasting victories to send them into the fourth round of the Capital One Cup.
Betting Prediction: Stoke
Norwich may be a bit heavy in the legs though, as they needed extra-time to see off Watford. With that in mind I’m going for a home win here, at 19/20.
