Dortmund boss Peter Stoger wants to see a conclusion to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s transfer saga

Borussia Dortmund manager Peter Stoger is eager to see a conclusion to star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s transfer saga.

The Gabon international is being pursued by Premier League outfit Arsenal, who have reportedly increased their initial bid for the player as they aim to strengthen their attack in the wake of Alexis Sanchez’s exit.

Aubameyang has been left out of the Dortmund squad recently due to disciplinary issues, and Stoger is hoping to put all the drama behind him, either by completing the striker’s transfer or re-focusing him on the job at hand.

“I can only say that we’d like to have a solution at some point,” said Stoger, according to ESPN.

“No matter how this solution will look like. I guess many will agree with this. Whatever brings clarity would help the team.”

Aubameyang has been a crucial player for BVB yet again this season. He has scored a staggering 13 goals in only 15 Bundesliga games.
