The 23-year-old was set to join Pirates after Arrows agreed a transfer and he passed a medical, but he refused to sign the contract.

According to FARPost, Ndlovu raised some concerns over AmaBhakaniya’s deal, delaying the move and opening a chance for fellow Betway Premiership suitors Masandawana to attempt to hi-jack the signing.

Ndlovu was impressive in his breakthrough season under former Arrows coach Manqoba Mngqithi, who openly backed the player to move to bigger club’s during the season where he made 31 appearances, scoring four goals and providing six assists.

It remains to be seen if Bucs will be able to finalize the move or end up at Tshwane giants Sundowns ahead of the 2026/27 season.
