Peter Shalulile says he is motivated to improve everyday as he sets his sights on new goalscoring feats with Mamelodi Sundowns.
The Namibian striker has been in red hot form this season with 13 goals in 18 DStv Premiership matches, and a total of 23 in all competitions.
He is just one short of his tally from last season and shows no signs of slowing down this time around.
Speaking to the club’s website, Shalulile explained that his consistent form is down to his work ethic.
He said: “It’s just about the work you put in and the extra work on top of that. At the time when people are sleeping, you just have to put in the work.
“What keeps me going is simply the fact that I just want the club and my teammates to be happy and for the club to do well.
“I also get my motivation from players abroad that are also doing well, that helps me to push every day to stay at this level.
“It’s not easy scoring but we work so hard to make sure we are able to score each and every day.”
