Richards Bay coach Kaitano Tembo remains confident his side can turn around their poor start to the current DStv Premiership season.
The Natal Rich Boyz are in 15th place on the league standings with just one win from their opening 10 games.
Tembo’s side last lost 3-1 to an in-form Cape Town City at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Sunday.
Jaedin Rhodes (31′, 38′) bagged a brace, alongside a Khanyisa Mayo (45+3′) goal as Sanele Barns (52′) netted a consolation goal for the hosts.
Reflecting on their situation, Tembo said in the Sowetan: “Obviously, when you don’t win games it’s always worrying but at the same time I think for me what is important is to continue working very hard with the team because I feel that we can turn things around.
“We just need a little bit of luck as well because we are playing against teams that don’t really create much but they score goals.”
Richards Bay next face Orlando Pirates in a Carling Knockout Cup quarter-final clash on Saturday 4 November.
