Cape Town City struck late to beat Chippa United, Stellenbosch overcame Richards Bay and Royal AM pipped Golden Arrows in PSL played on Tuesday.
Royal AM 1-0 Golden Arrows
Royal AM picked up a much-needed victory when they beat Golden Arrows 1-0 in a PSL clash played at the Harry Gwala Stadium.
The only goal of the game was scored early when Menzu Masuku found the back of the net in the second minute before Royal AM held out for the rest of the contest.
The win moves John Maduka’s charges up to eight points in the standings, five clear of Richards Bay, who sit second from bottom.
Stellenbosch 2-1 Richards Bay
Iqraam Rayners hit a brace to help Stellenbosch record a 2-1 victory over Richards Bay at the Danie Craven Stadium.
Rayners opened the scoring on the half-hour mark but the visitors hit back thanks to a Boikanyo Komane strike just after halftime.
Stellies though had the last laugh when Rayners struck the winner in the 59th minute with the three points helping his team move into the top-eight of the league standings.

Khanyiso Mayo hit a late winner as Cape Town City beat Chippa United 2-1 at the DHL Stadium.
The Citizens opened the scoring just before the halftime break through Thabiso Kutumela but Craig Martin found an equaliser against his former club with 20 minutes remaining.
Just at it seemed the game would end in a stalemate, Mayo popped up to salvage maximum points for the home team.
