ABSA Premiership | Sunday 22 September | Peter Mokaba Stadium |15:00
To Win (90 Min)
Polokwane City 24/10
Ajax CT 12/10
Draw 2/1
The Cape legends picked up just their second point of the campaign at home in midweek, jostling with Sundowns to finish the match in a 2-2 draw.
Surprising in some aspects based on their start to the season, as well as Downs’ ability to hit the back of the net.
I think we all really wished the future looked a little brighter for Ajax.
Polokwane City are in dismal form, having failed to register a single point in the campaign thus far.
They have managed to put a few goals away, especially at home, and hopefully this helps them on Sunday afternoon.
Ajax will still bring a decent side, albeit with a total lack of leadership.
It’s interesting to see the home side at 25/10 for a win, showing a lack of faith in their chances.
This is always going to be a tough one to call, but either way it goes there’ll be value in it for you.
Betting Prediction: Ajax Cape Town
Polokwane ruined my hope for an unlikely win last weekend, so for that reason I’m reluctantly putting my money down on Ajax at 12/10. An unattractive review, for frankly, an unattractive fixture.
