Moroka Swallows general manager Sipho Xulu says the club’s players are “happy” after having been paid their full salaries.
The Dube Birds were most recently defeated 2-1 by SuperSport United at the Dobsonville Stadium on Friday.
After the game, Swallows boss Steve Komphela revealed that his players had not been training in the 10 days leading up to the match as they waited to be paid.
Speaking to TimesLIVE on Tuesday, Xulu confirmed that club chairman David Mogashoa has resolved all the of outstanding payment issues.
He said: “The chair has already spoken about the fact that everything is being sorted out. Everything is fine now, the players are happy.
“Otherwise every other matter, including preparations for our next league match away to Royal AM on Saturday, is going well.”
Swallows are currently in 13th place on the DStv Premiership. They next face Royal AM at the Harry Gwala Stadium on Saturday.
