The 25-year-old Bayern Munich attacker has starred for the Atlas Lions at the global showpiece, scoring in all three group games.
Saibari was on target in their 1-1 group stage draw with Brazil, as well as the 1-0 win over Scotland and 4-2 win over Haiti.
He netted his spotkick as Morocco overcame the Netherlands on penalties in the round of 32 and following their 3-0 last 16 win over Canada in their last game, where Saibari limped out of the tie, his team lined up a last eight clash with France.
Head coach Mohamed Ouahbi confirmed the player’s absence on Wednesday, due to injury.
“Everyone is 100 percent fit except Saibari. This game comes too soon for him, but I hope he is not out for the rest of the competition,” Ouahbi said on IOL.

Soufiane Rahimi replaced Saibari and scored Morocco’s third goal and is expected to keep his place in the team.
“We absolutely want to win the game, so we will not listen to people who say it doesn’t matter if we go out now,” added the head coach.
Morocco have a recent history with France after losing 2-0 to the 2018 World Cup Champions at the 2022 semi-finals in Qatar.
“We will try to reach the semi-finals. I don’t like this sentiment that we have already done well and anything else is a bonus,” Ouahbi concluded.
