Baroka FC’s Mduduzi Mdantsane is happy at his club but would consider a move to Kaizer Chiefs.
The midfielder featured for Amakhosi as a teenager, but signed with Bakgaga in 2016 and has never looked back, notching up 61 appearances. Mdantsane helped Baroka to their maiden title in top flight football when they defeated Orlando Pirates in the Telkom Knockout final in December.
“I’m hearing talks about Chiefs, I don’t know if it’s true or not, I’m waiting for my agent to confirm, because no one has spoken to me personally,” the 25-year-old told KickOff.
“So I don’t know, my focus is to play football. If that’s true then Baroka will be the one deciding because I’m still contracted with them and we all have to respect that.
“Yeah I grew up at Naturena, but sometimes you have to face challenges until you reach your dream. If it’s meant to be I will return, but as I said it’s up to the club I represent now and we have to respect that.”
