Mbule’s Future at Sekhukhune: Makaab Addresses Purchase Option

Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Sipho Mbule’s agent, Mike Makaab, has shed light on the possibility of Sekhukhune United exercising their purchase option at the end of his loan spell.

Mbule joined Babina Noko on a season-long loan during the PSL transfer deadline, seeking regular playing time after facing injury setbacks at Chloorkop.

Makaab expressed optimism that Mbule would thrive under the guidance of his former coach, Kaitano Tembo, who is now a senior coach at Sekhukhune. He emphasized the importance of Mbule staying fit and committed to his career.

When asked about a permanent move to Sekhukhune, Makaab told reporters, “It’s a straight loan, it’s a season loan. [He will be there] until the end of the season”.

Mbule is poised to make his Sekhukhune debut this Saturday against Golden Arrows at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium, scheduled to kick off at 15:00.
