Orlando Pirates defender Lucky Lekgwathi has broken Calvin Marlin’s record of most top-flight starts by a player still active in the PSL. Lekgwathi started for the 378th time, one more than Mpumalanga Black Aces reserve goalkeeper Marlin, in Bucs’ 3-2 League defeat to Bloemfontein Celtic on Saturday at Orlando Stadium. Zimbabwean striker Tendai ‘Fire’ Ndoro is finally on his way to join Mpumalanga Black Aces. The 25-year-old signed for Amazayoni from Chicken Inn at the end of August, but the club did not receive his international transfer clearance in time for the September 2 deadline.
