Juventus could offer Chelsea Dusan Vlahovic for Romelu Lukaku

Serie A giants Juventus have proposed a swap deal involving Dusan Vlahovic going to Chelsea in exchange for Romelu Lukaku. Juventus initially offered Lukaku on loan after Inter's interest faded, but Chelsea rejected the idea as they don't want a temporary deal for Lukaku. However, Juventus returned with a fresh proposal, offering Vlahovic as part of their efforts to offload Lukaku. Chelsea have shown interest in Vlahovic and had earlier contacts with the player's representatives during their search for a new striker. Despite signing Nicolas Jackson from Villarreal, Chelsea's manager Mauricio Pochettino is still open to adding another forward to the team. In negotiations, Juventus made it clear they would require an additional fee from Chelsea on top of the Lukaku-Vlahovic swap. Chelsea are now assessing their options to part ways with Lukaku, who remains of interest to Saudi Arabia but prefers to stay in Europe and return to Italy. Juventus are his only viable option after Inter pulled out of discussions. Lukaku's representatives are actively pushing for an agreement with Juventus, and there is hope that the chance to sign Vlahovic, who scored ten goals in 27 Serie A matches last season, could hasten the deal. In their search for attacking options, Chelsea are also considering Ajax's versatile star Mohammed Kudus. Talks have been held with the Ghanaian international, who excelled as a midfielder under former boss Erik ten Hag but truly shined when deployed as a striker last season.
