Orlando Pirates coach Jose Riveiro has emphasised the need for his side to keep their “feet on the ground” after their positive start to the new season.
The Buccaneers have already secured their place in the final of the MTN8.
They are also in the group stage of the CAF Champions League and have a perfect record in the Betway Premiership with two wins from their opening two games.
Riveiro’s charges easily overcame Polokwane City 3-0 on Tuesday and are next in action away to Richards Bay on Sunday.
The Bucs boss told SuperSport: “We need to understand the victories are coming because we are working hard and the moment we don’t put the attention there, we’re not going to find ourselves in this space.
“It’s time keep our feet on the ground to keep looking forward, looking to the horizon we know where we want to go but at the same time we know week after week it’s going to get more and more difficult.”
