Napoli finally got some breathing space at the summit after annihilating Cagliari 5-0 in front of their own fans. The reigning champions, Juventus, were forced to postpone their matchup with Atalanta due to the heavy snowfall in Turin. This now means that the Azzurri are four points clear of the Old Lady but the latter remain hot on their heels with a game in hand. This is one of the most exciting title-contests I have seen in a while, but enough about that, let’s get to this week’s action!

Saturday 3 March

Spal 14/10

Draw 21/10

Bologna 21/10

(16:00)

Spal claimed a much-needed 3-2 victory at Crotone last weekend and will be hoping to build on that momentum. Bologna, however, have impressed of late themselves with back-to-back wins – both victories on home soil. Their record on the road leaves a lot to be desired, suffering three losses on the spin. Spal are without a win on their ground in their last six games. I’m expecting both sides to fight for a positive result and with that being said, Both Teams to Score – Yes – is on the cards at 19/20.

Lazio 22/10

Draw 22/10

Juventus 13/10

(19:00)

Lazio have been excellent with two wins on the bounce, scoring five goals without conceding, including a 3-0 win at Sassuolo last time out. Juventus have won their last nine games, as well as 11 of their 13 travels this season. The Old Lady must claim maximum points to keep the pressure on Napoli. Juve are likely to put in a solid, well-organised performance and are tipped to edge the win.

Napoli 11/20

Draw 31/10

Roma 9/2

(21:45)

Napoli have been absolutely brilliant with 10 consecutive wins. Roma, on the other hand, were soundly beaten 2-0 at the Stadio Olimpico last time out with AC Milan running riot. Prior to that defeat, the Giallorossi had won three games on the spin and they will be looking to return to winning ways. This encounter will be about patience, defensive solidity and tactical football. At the moment, Napoli are looking way too good not to back them but Roma are likely to at least find the back of the net. Get on the Matchbet & Both Teams to Score – Napoli & Yes – at 2/1!

Sunday 4 March

Genoa 17/20

Draw 23/10

Cagliari 38/10

(13:30)

Genoa lost 2-0 at Bologna last time out ending an impressive run of three consecutive matches and they will be determined to return to that form against Cagliari, who have lost back-to-back matches, scoring only once and conceding seven times. The Rossoblu won the reverse fixture 3-2 and will be the more confident team coming into this encounter. The home win is tipped.

Torino 9/20

Draw 34/10

Crotone 6/1

(16:00)

Torino have been poor of late with two losses on the bounce but their relegation-threatened opponents, Crotone, have been just as poor. The home side have won three of their last four games on their ground, while Crotone have the second worst away record in the league. The sides played out to an entertaining 2-2 draw in the corresponding fixture and we can only hope for more of the space. However, I’m backing Torino to dominate and capitalize on home advantage so get on the (-1) Handicap at 23/20.

Udinese 43/20

Draw 22/10

Fiorentina 13/10

(16:00)

Udinese are winless in their last four matches with three consecutive defeats, scoring just once and conceding six times. Fiorentina earned a scrappy 1-0 home win over Chievo last time out but a win is a win and the Viola will now look to build on that. Both sides will be desperate for maximum points which means we can expect an attacking game of football. The last eight meetings have seen Over 2.5 Goals so follow suit and get on at 21/20!

Benevento 1/1

Draw 5/2

Hellas Verona 26/10

(16:00)

Bottom versus second-from-bottom in a relegation-battle that can potentially define either of these teams future next season. The hosts have lost 22 of their 26 matches, scoring 18 goals and conceding 60 times. Hellas Verona impressed last time out with a hard-fought 2-1 home win over Torino and will be eager to build on that. The away team are tipped to come away with a gritty win.

Atalanta 8/10

Draw 26/10

Sampdoria 33/10

(16:00)

Atalanta are unbeaten in their last four games and will be much fresher coming into this tie after their game against Juventus was postponed last weekend. Sampdoria have lacked consistency in recent weeks and have lost three of their last four matches. A cagey affair is on the cards with both sides determined to come out on top. Back Atalanta to utilize home advantage and nip the win.

Chievo 27/20

Draw 43/20

Sassuolo 22/10

(16:00)

I’ll try keep this one short and sweet. Chievo have been dreadful with nine losses from their last 12 matches, while Sassuolo are without a win in their last eight games, including five defeats. With both sides struggling to score goals and win games, the Under 2.5 Goals market is tipped at 6/10.

AC Milan 14/10

Draw 43/20

Inter Milan 21/10

(21:45)

The most high-profile Serie A match of the round will see the Milan Derby take centre stage at the iconic San Siro Stadium. AC Milan have been in top form in recent weeks with three consecutive wins, including a 2-0 victory at Roma last time out. Inter have been claiming wins in drips and drabs recently and I’m afraid their city rivals might just prove too strong for them here. Back AC Milan for the all-important win.

TREBLE @ 16/1

Juventus Win 13/10

Udinese vs Fiorentina Over 2.5 Goals 21/20

Hellas Verona Win 26/10
