Roma came from a goal down to draw 1-1 away to Palermo whilst Higuain helped Napoli to a hard fought 1-0 win away to Lazio that kept their third place Champions League spot secure. AC Milan suffered more horror and face a tricky test away to Lazio this weekend in what is probably gameweek 20’s biggest fixture.
Genoa 5/2 draw 23/10 Fiorentina 11/10
Genoa only lost 2-1 away to Napoli on Monday night. However, were it not for poor finishing, the score could have been embarrassing. That loss stretches Genoa’s winless run to six matches. Fiorentina come to town this weekend, looking to build on their 1-1 draw at home against Roma. Fiorentina have been decent on their travels and are unbeaten against Genoa in the last 10 meetings. The away win is tipped.

Roma will welcome newly promoted Empoli after drawing their third consecutive match in a 1-1 draw away to Fiorentina last weekend. They are unbeaten on their ground with seven wins from 10 matches, scoring 22 goals and conceding only six. Empoli lie 17th on the log after a disappointing 2-1 defeat at home against Udinese. They have managed just three wins from 20 matches this term and they are winless in their last eight games. Roma look a sure bet.

Sassuolo will return to their home ground after losing 2-1 away to Cagliari at the weekend. They have been poor at home, managing just two wins from nine games. Inter Milan were disappointing as they lost 1-0 at home against Torino. They haven’t scored a goal in their last two matches but will be looking to return to winning form here. Inter hammered Sassuolo 7-0 in the reverse tie and are tipped to do enough to get the win.

Relegation candidates Cesena got a much needed 2-1 victory away to bottom of the log Parma; only their second win of the campaign. They will come up against Lazio who will be confident coming into this game after getting a well deserved 3-1 win over AC Milan. Lazio have won the last four meetings against Cesena. The reverse tie ended 3-0 and Lazio are tipped to pull the double over their opponents.

Chievo have been poor of late with back-to-back losses. However, they put up a good fight last weekend going down 2-0 away to Juventus. They will host Napoli who will be looking for revenge after Chievo won the reverse tie 1-0. Napoli have been in top form with 4 wins from their last 5 matches and are favourites to build on that. Chievo have a good home record against Napoli winning 3 of the last 4 meetings on their turf and the draw looks most likely this time around.

Atalanta are coming off a hard fought 1-0 loss away to Verona. They will play host to Cagliari who made home advantage count with a 2-1 win over Sassuolo. However, Atalanta have won four of the last five meetings at home against Cagliari and are tipped to nip the win here.

However, they have travelled poorly and Torino are tipped to get their revenge.

Udinese got back to winning ways on Monday night with a hard fought 2-1 win away to Empoli. They return to their home ground to lock horns with the Scudetto holders Juventus. Juve have been superb on the road, winning seven of their 10 games, scoring an impressive 17 goals whilst conceding only four. They have won the last six meetings against Udinese and are tipped to get another victory here.
Palermo 8/10 draw 26/10 Verona 34/10
Palermo are off the back of a well-deserved 1-1 draw away to Sampdoria. They were impressive in their last home game as they held title chasers Roma to a 1-1 draw. Verona will be looking to build on their 1-0 win against Atalanta this past weekend. They have struggled away from home with two wins from 10 matches, scoring nine goals and conceding 18. Palermo are looking much more solid of late and are tipped to get the maximum points.
AC Milan 6/10 draw 29/10 Parma 47/10
AC Milan will be looking to get back to winning ways after a 3-1 defeat away to Lazio. It was their third loss in their last four games. They will be relieved to come up against Parma who are rooted to the foot of the table. Parma have the worst away record in the league with eight losses from nine matches, scoring seven goals and conceding 23. They have lost six of their last eight games after falling to a disappointing 2-1 defeat at home against Cesena last weekend. In an entertaining nine goal thriller, Milan won the reverse fixture 5-4. It’s hard to see Parma coming away with any points here. Back the home win.
