Juventus lead the Serie A table by eight points and are on course for a sixth consecutive Scudetto.

With just 10 rounds of Serie A football to go, it looks as though nobody will prevent Juventus from claiming a sixth consecutive Scudetto. The defending champions edged AC Milan last Friday to remain on course to reclaim the title, while Roma and Napoli bagged routine wins against relegation-bound Palermo and Crotone to keep their title hopes alive. There are a couple of tricky encounters in week 29 of the Serie A but I will do my best to provide solid tips that will hopefully produce some cash.

Saturday 18 March

49/20 Torino | Draw 26/10 | Inter Milan 1/1 (19:00)

Torino are off the back of a 3-1 defeat away to Lazio. However, their last two home games have seen them claim back-to-back victories, scoring eight goals in the process. The Granata have scored in nine of their last 10 games, including seven in a row – so they definitely not shy to attack the game. Inter Milan were outstanding at the weekend, racing to a 7-1 home victory over Atalanta. The Nerazzurri have been in top form with seven wins from their last eight games and will be determined to maintain that form. They are firing on all cylinders at the moment and are well worth a punt here.

13/20 AC Milan | 29/10 | Genoa 4/1 (21:45)

AC Milan played their socks off last Friday despite falling to a 2-1 defeat at Juventus. Nonetheless, before the defeat they were on a three-match winning streak, including consecutive victories on home soil against Fiorentina (2-1) and Chievo (3-1). Genoa have been poor in recent weeks with four losses from their last six matches, as well as a disappointing 1-0 home defeat at the hands of Sampdoria last time out. The Rossoblu claimed an emphatic 3-0 home win in the reverse tie, so revenge will definitely be on the cards. Back AC Milan to return to winning ways.

Sunday 19 March

7/2 Empoli | 4/1 | Napoli 3/10 (13:30)

Empoli are without a victory in their last seven games, including five straight losses, scoring just once and conceding 12 times. They have lost the last two meetings against Napoli and are expected to struggle yet again. Napoli are coming off a comprehensive 3-0 home win against relegation-threatened Crotone, making it six victories from their last eight matches. Gli Azzurri have scored 65 goals in 28 games – the most in the league – making Over 2.5 Goals a top bet at 13/20.

1/4 Atalanta | 5/1 | Pescara 17/2 (16:00)

Atalanta will be desperate to return to winning ways following their humiliating 7-1 thrashing at Inter Milan last time out. But prior to that battering, they were undefeated in seven matches, including five wins. Basement-dwellers Pescara look a sure bet for the drop this season. The Delfini have lost nine of their last 10 games and that doesn’t look like improving here. Atalanta are unbeaten in the last 14 meetings against their opponents and are tipped to maintain that record with a win. Get on the Home Win to Nil market at 11/10.

5/1 Sampdoria | 29/10 | Juventus 11/20 (16:00)

Sampdoria are next up to have a go at the reigning champions. The home side are unbeaten in their last seven matches, with five victories and two draws, including back-to-back wins. La Samp have been strong on their ground, but are they strong enough to contain Juventus? Highly unlikely. The table-toppers are undefeated in their last 12 matches in all competitions with 11 wins. Juve are looking unstoppable at present and should do enough to see off Sampdoria. Get on the away win.

9/2 Cagliari | 3/1 | Lazio 11/20 (16:00)

Cagliari have been dismal in recent weeks with four losses from their last six matches, including back-to-back defeats. However, despite their poor form, they have been reasonably average on home soil and will look to make it count this time around. Lazio are unbeaten in their last six games with five wins and one stalemate. The Biancocelesti have won the last five meetings against their opponents by two or more. Back Lazio on the (-1) Handicap at a valuable 14/10!

5/4 Bologna | 21/10 | Chievo 23/10 (16:00)

Bologna showed excellent fighting spirit last time out to grind out a 1-0 victory away to Sassuolo, ending a run of seven matches without a win. Chievo have been inconsistent in recent weeks but can take confidence in their convincing 4-0 rout of Empoli last weekend. Chievo are unbeaten against Bologna in the last five meetings and will aim to maintain that record. Back the away team on the Win/Draw Double Chance at 6/10.

4/1 Crotone | 28/10 | Fiorentina 13/20 (16:00)

Crotone fell to an unsurprising 3-0 thrashing at Napoli last time out, stretching their run without a victory to seven matches, including six defeats. Fiorentina, on the other hand, have lacked consistency but should do enough to edge the win. Crotone did well in the reverse tie to hold the Viola to a commendable 1-1 stalemate. Nonetheless, I just can’t see them keeping Fiorentina at bay here. Back the away team at 13/20.

6/10 Udinese | 28/10 | Palermo 17/4 (19:00)

Following a run of five matches without a win, Udinese got back on winning terms with a 3-1 victory at Pescara. Next up is relegation-bound Palermo, who are winless in their last five matches with four defeats and one draw. Udinese won the reverse tie 3-1 and will be looking to pull the double over their opponents. At 6/10, the home win looks too tempting to pass up.

1/4 Roma | 47/10 | Sassuolo 17/2 (21:45)

In the final match of the weekend, Roma will play host to Sassuolo at the Stadio Olimpico. The hosts have been brilliant on home soil with 12 wins from 13 home games, scoring 37 goals and conceding just 10 times. Sassuolo are winless in their last three games without scoring a goal. They lost the reverse tie 3-1 and don’t look likely to upset the applecart here. Get on the Roma Halftime/Fulltime Win at 7/10.

TREBLE @ 13/2

Inter Milan Win 1/1

Lazio (-1) Handicap 14/10

Udinese Win 6/10
