Winger Jordan Ibe will continue his career in the south coast of England after joining Bournemouth from Liverpool.
The 20-year-old signed a four-year deal for a club record transfer fee of £15million, beating the previous mark of £9m which they paid Wolves to striker Benik Afobe.
Ibe, an England Under-21 international, made his Liverpool debut in 2013 and made 58 appearances, but he was expected to fall down the pecking order this season after the Reds signed Sadio Mane from Southampton.
But he is likely to get more playing time at the Vitality Stadium.
Cherries chief executive, Neill Blake, said: “We’re delighted to bring Jordon to the football club.
“He played plenty of football with Liverpool last season and we’re looking forward to seeing him to continue to grow now with us, he’s a huge prospect.
“We’ve now signed five players this summer, all of whom have an abundance of potential.
“It shows that we’re serious about nurturing talent at this football club and we have the long term in mind when we say we want to stay in the Premier League.”
