Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has named his 23-man squad that will take on Uganda on 15 November and South Sudan on 19 November.
South Africa is currently second in the group with eight points having won two matches and played two draws in their four opening matches.
They will travel to Uganda on 15 November to face the group leaders in a bid to overtake them at the helm of the group standings. Bafana will then host South Sudan at home on 19 November.
Stellenbosch FC goalkeeper Sage Stephens who has had a great start to the new season received his first national team call-up and will be hoping for his first cap.
Siyabonga Ngezana, Mihlali Mayambela, Mothobi Mvala and Evidence Makgopa made their way back to the Bafana.
All Ricardo Goss, Bradley Cross, Thabang Mathuludi, Thabiso Sesane, Grant Kekana, Jayden Adams, Sinoxolo Kwayiba, Ndamulelo Maphangule, Devin Titus, Tshegofatso Mabasa, Percy Tau, Sipho Mbule, Ashley Cupido, Yanela Mbuthuma, Bongokuhle Hlongwane did not make the final cut.
