The German Bundesliga is all but over – well at least it looks that way. Bayern Munich are 16 points clear of their closest title-rivals and it’s highly doubtful the Bavarians can mess it up. On the opposite end of the table, Cologne seem to be making a late surge and are now on a three-game winning streak. Can they maintain that sort of form and pull off the great escape? Only time will tell but let’s find out what’s worth backing in round 20.

Friday 26 January

27/20 Eintracht Frankfurt | Draw 24/10 | Monchengladbach 39/20 (21:30)

Eintracht Frankfurt are unbeaten in their last four matches, including a 3-1 win at Wolfsburg last time out. However, their home record has been dismal this term with just two wins from nine matches. Monchengladbach have been inconsistent in recent weeks, thriving on home soil but faltering on the road. They may have won back-to-back games on their ground but the Borussians have suffered three consecutive defeats. A tight contest is expected and Under 2.5 Goals is tipped at 19/20.

Saturday 27 January

5/10 Dortmund | 36/10 | Freiburg 5/1 (16:30)

Borussia Dortmund have dropped points for the second week in a row after Hertha Berlin held the Black and Yellow Army to a 1-1 draw atOlympiastadion. BVB will return to their home patch this weekend where they have been below-par with a mere four wins from nine matches. Freiburg are undefeated in their last seven games with four wins and three draws, including a 2-1 win at home against Leipzig last time out. Nonetheless, Dortmund should be too strong at home and are tipped to grind out a win.

1/5 Bayern Munich | 6/1 | Hoffenheim 11/1 (16:30)

Bayern Munich are firing on all cylinders with five wins on the spin, scoring 10 goals and conceding three times. Hoffenheim are without a victory in their last three matches and have lost three of their last four games. The Bavarians don’t look as though they will be taking their foot off the pedal any time soon and will be looking to wrap up the league in record time. Back Bayern on the Half-Time/Full-Time Win at 11/20.

5/10 Leipzig | 33/10 | Hamburger 52/10 (16:30)

Leipzig have been terrible in recent weeks with just one win from their last six matches. However, the Red Bulls have won five of their last seven matches and are well worth a punt to capitalize on home advantage here. Hamburg have been dreadful with seven losses from their last eight travels and should go down. The home win is on the cards.

37/20 Cologne | 43/20 | Augsburg 31/20 (16:30)

Cologne are on the up with three straight victories, scoring five goals and conceding just once. Their opponents have lacked consistency this season and have been poor of late on the road with three losses from their last four games, including two defeats on the bounce. Augsburg can take confidence in the fact that they won the reverse tie 3-0 but Cologne will be on a revenge plot come Saturday. The Billy Goats are tipped to grind out another win.

37/20 Stuttgart | 9/4 | Schalke 29/20 (16:30)

Stuttgart have been in terrible form in recent weeks with five losses from their last six matches. Schalke have struggled on the road but are gunning for a spot in the UEFA Champions League next season and should prove tough to break down. They have won four of the last five meetings between the teams and will be looking to bag maximum points yet again. The away win should be backed.

27/20 Werder Bremen | 9/4 | Hertha Berlin 21/10 (19:30)

Werder Bremen are winless in their last four matches and occupy the relegation play-off place on the log. Hertha Berlin are coming off a hard-earned 1-1 home draw against Borussia Dortmund and will be eager to build on that. It won’t be cut and dry but I’m expecting Hertha Berlin to come away with maximum points. However, for safe measure, get on the Win/Draw Double Chance at 11/20.

Sunday 28 January

4/10 Bayer Leverkusen | 39/10 | Mainz 6/1 (16:30)

Bayer Leverkusen were brilliant last time out, thrashing Hoffenheim 4-1 at Wirsol Rhein-Neckar-Arena. Mainz might have scraped a 3-2 home win over Stuttgart last weekend but their away record leaves a lot to be desired as they are winless on the road this season. Mainz won the reverse tie 3-1 but Bayer Leverkusen look the stronger team coming into this matchup. The home win is the way to go.

29/20 Hannover | 24/10 | Wolfsburg 18/10 (19:00)

Hannover will take on Wolfsburg in the final match of the round. The hosts are unbeaten in their last five home games with three wins. Wolfsburg are without a win in their last eight travels and that doesn’t look like improving here. Home advantage might just prove the difference between these sides. With that being said, Hannover are tipped for a hard-earned narrow win.

TREBLE @ 57/10

Dortmund Win 5/10

Cologne Win 37/20

Hannover Win 29/20
