The last round of Bundesliga action is upon as we head into the short December break. If you want to make some extra cash, have a punt on our massive 597/1 multiple!
Friday 17 December
Bayern Munich 1/5
Draw 6/1
Wolfsburg 10/1
(21:30)
Wolfsburg enter the champions lair licking their wounds from an eight-match winless streak that includes six defeats and most disappointingly being knocked out of the UEFA Champions League. Bayern Munich on the other hand target their seventh straight victory and are short-priced favourites to reach 43 points this Friday night.
The Bavarians have only kept two clean sheets in seven Bundesliga games, so I’m opting to add Bayern Munich & Both Teams To Score (Yes) at 5/4 to a few weekend multiples.
Saturday 18 December
Eintracht Frankfurt 5/4
Draw 51/20
Mainz 2/1
(16:30)
Eintracht Frankfurt are in search of their third victory in seven days when Mainz make the trip to Deutsche Bank Park on Saturday. The Eagles are at the cusp of breaking into the top of the table after beating direct rivals for qualification to continental football in Bayer Leverkusen (5-2) and Borussia Monchengladbach (3-2).
Mainz have suffered four defeats in five away games and don’t inspire confidence. However, with nine of Eintracht Frankfurt’s last 10 matches seeing both teams score, they will feel they have a chance to upset the applecart.
If the home win at 5/4 isn’t enough value for you, I suggest having a punt on Eintracht Frankfurt & Both Team To Score (Yes) at 32/10.
Greuther Furth 37/20
Draw 49/20
Augsburg 14/10
(16:30)
Greuther Furth have been the whipping boys since being promoted, only managing to tally four points all season with three of those points coming in their 1-0 win over Union Berlin last Sunday but then went on to suffer a 3-0 defeat to Borussia Dortmund a few days later.
Augsburg’s fight to escape the relegation zone has brightened up this past week beating Cologne (2-0), while taking confidence from a gritty display against RB Leipzig (1-1) as Daniel Caligiuri’s penalty claimed a share of the spoils for coach Markus Weinzierl’s troops.
Augsburg at 14/10 is well worth a punt.
RB Leipzig 2/9
Draw 54/10
Arminia Bielefeld 11/1
(16:30)
I can’t understand why RB Leipzig are priced 2/9 for the win after suffering three defeats in five Bundesliga clashes and come off the above-mentioned draw with Augsburg when Andre Silva’s fifth goal in six games was cancelled out late in the second half.
Arminia Bielefeld come off a 2-0 win over newly-promoted Bochum which snapped a four-game winless streak but with the Red Bulls looking to bounce back to winning ways, they’re going to need to fire on all cylinders.
RB Leipzig’s Portuguese number nine to score is my suggestion – Anytime Goalscorer: Andre Silva 11/10.
Hoffenheim 21/20
Draw 28/10
Borussia Monchengladbach 22/10
(16:30)
Hoffenheim will be licking their lips at the thought of facing an out-of-form Borussia Monchengladbach outfit that come into the clash after suffering four straight defeats, while conceding 15 goals in the same period.
The hosts will be aiming to go into the short December break by cracking into the top-four positions after claiming 13 points from the last 15 on offer. My money is firmly on Hoffenheim to beat Monchengladbach for the third straight meeting.
Bochum 37/20
Draw 23/10
Union Berlin 29/20
(16:30)
Bochum return to the Vonovia Ruhrstadion after succumbing to a 2-0 loss to Arminia Bielefeld which ended the Die Unabsteigbaren’s three-match unbeaten streak. On home soil, coach Thomas Reis’ team have earned 14 points from their overall tally of 20, which is a fruitful haul for a newly-promoted team.
Union Berlin are also a team that play their best football in front of their fans at their own stadium. The Iron Ones are winless in four matches away from the capital, most disappointingly tasting defeat against basement dwellers Greuther Furth.
I’m very confident in my multiple thus far, so let my try and play it safe with Bochum & Draw in Double Chance market at 5/10.
Hertha Berlin 4/1
Draw 34/10
Borussia Dortmund 11/20
(19:30)
Erling Haaland and Donyell Malen were on the scoresheet for Borussia Dortmund in BVB’s 3-0 victory over Greuther Furth. The victory was much-needed after tasting defeat at the hands of arch-rivals Bayer Munich (3-2) and then coming up against a spirited Bochum (1-1) team that stole a share of the spoils with Julian Brandt saving the Yellow and Black blushes.
Hertha Berlin come off a 4-0 defeat away at Mainz and have only won once in seven Bundesliga games. Erling Haaland to run riot at the Olympiastadion Berlin is my prediction, First Time Goalscorer is priced at 26/10, while Anytime Goalscorer at 7/10 is going into my multiple.
Sunday 19 December
Freiburg 17/10
Draw 26/10
Bayer Leverkusen 29/20
(16:30)
Bayer Leverkusen target maximum points at the Dreisamstadion following a poor week that’s seen Die Werkself lose to Eintracht Frankfurt (5-2) and share the spoils in a 2-2 stalemate after failing to hold onto a 2-0 lead late in the second half against Hoffenheim last time out.
Freiburg beat Borussia Monchengladbach 6-0 a few weeks ago, but that’s about it. The Breisgau Brazilians have lost four of their last six games and come into the clash after a goalless draw away at Union Berlin.
Both Teams To Score (Yes) for the third consecutive meeting between these sides is the safest best at 11/20 odds.
Cologne 1/1
Draw 11/4
Stuttgart 47/20
(18:30)
I got Cologne to beat Augsburg incorrect last weekend, but the Billy Goats returned to winning ways away at Wolfsburg (3-2) four days later, as Mark Uth and Anthony Modeste scored two late goals to snatch victory at the Volkswagen Arena.
Stuttgart were victorious over Wolfsburg last Saturday but were put to the sword in a 5-0 drubbing by the champions Bayern Munich.
Both Teams To Score (Yes) is my play at 11/20.
MULTIPLE @ 597/1
Bayern Munich & Both Teams To Score (Yes) 5/4

Anytime Goalscorer: Andre Silva 11/10
Hoffenheim Win 21/20
Bochum & Draw 5/10
Anytime Goalscorer: Erling Haaland 7/10
Freiburg vs Bayer Leverkusen: BTTS (Yes) 11/20
Cologne vs Stuttgart: BTTS (Yes) 11/20
