Cape Town Spurs confirm signing of Marumo Gallants striker Riyaaz Nell

Cape Town Spurs have announced the signing of Marumo Gallants striker Riyaaz Nell. The 23-year-old attacker joins the newly-promoted side after making an exit from relegated Gallants having played just twice in the DStv Premiership last season. Nell becomes Spurs' sixth signing of the off-season after the club snapped up Keagan Buchanan from AmaZulu, Luvuyo Phewa and Siyanda Msani from Mamelodi Sundowns, Dylan Stoffels from Pretoria Callies as well as Shaquille Abrahams from Chippa United. A social media post from Spurs read: "Welcome to the Urban Warriors, Riyaaz!" Head coach Shaun Bartlett added: "I think there is probably one or two positions that we looking to reinforce and strengthen. "But as far as the bulk of the positions and the squad is concerned, we pretty much done. There’s one or two that we need to add."
