Could Jeremy Brockie be on his way out of SuperSport United after posting a cryptic message?

SuperSport United striker, Jeremy Brockie, posted a very cryptic message amid transfer rumours surrounding his future.

The New Zealand striker has been linked with South Africa’s biggest clubs in Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs.

Like SuperSport, Sundowns are also Tshwane based, so travelling wouldn’t be such an issue. But perhaps the PSL’s most sought-after striker is on his way to Soweto…

However, SuperSport United coach Eric Tinkler has told Brockie that he will not leave the club.

“I have informed him that he is going nowhere and he will stay where he is and come to the end of the season, if he scores 20 or 25 goals, we are not going to stop him,” he told reporters.

“But he won’t be going anywhere in South Africa, he will be going into Europe. That should be his aim and target, and he is happy to do that.

“He is our player and we are not looking to sell him. He is happy to stay with us and in fact wants to renew his contract.”
