Brighton v Hull Preview

FA Cup | Monday 17 February | The American Express Community Stadium | 21:45

To Win (90mins)

Brighton 5/4

Draw 22/10

Hull 9/4

After the highs of the weekend, closing out the 5th Round action will be Brighton and Hull.

Hardly a reason to stay up on a Monday night.

Hull have turned things around in recent weeks, with their record signings making an instant impact at the KC Stadium.

They will however be cup-tied for this one, which is a huge blow to Steve Bruce’s dreams of an extended cup run.

Brighton surprised in the cup last term and are in the midst of another run.

Gus Poyet may be gone but he has been replaced by the gloriously named Oscar García Junyent who has very much followed the blueprint put in place by the Uruguayan, with varied success.

Brighton though remain strong on their home patch, and are priced shortly at 5/4.

Betting Prediction: BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE 21/20

For me though there is more value in both teams to score at 21/20, in what could prove to be a proper cup-tie.
