Betway Premiership: Three Attackers to Watch in tonight's topflight action

With a handful of Betway Premiership clubs in action during the week, SBN highlights three players who have emerged as potential game-changers.

Ranga Chivaviro

Following the public backing of his manager and support staff, I back Ranga Chivaviro to prove the difference when Kaizer Chiefs welcome Richards Bay to the new Peter Mokaba Stadium.

The thirty-two year old has opened his account in the South African topflight this season, having found the back of the net in consecutive appearances back in September.

The ex-Marumo Gallants man has shown that he is capable of leading the line and with a pair of home fixtures against favorable opposition, I think he fires Chiefs into the top half of the log!

Amadou Soukouna

The 32-year-old is no stranger to South African football, having previously played for Maritzburg United (now Durban City) in 2021 before joining Bangkok United in Thailand and now linking up with former manager Eric Tinkler at Cape Town City.

Brought in to fill the gap left by Khanyisa Mayo, the forward has not quite hit the ground running. After an impressive run out against Magesi towards the end of October, I think he opens his account in the Betway Premiership this evening.

Hlayisi Chauke

The dangerman has been a vital source of attack for Phuti Mohafe’s outfit this season. Whilst Hlayisi Chauke is yet to find the back of the net in the South African topflight, he has attempted a whopping thirteen shots.

The 23-year-old was on hand to open the scoring when Polokwane and Marumo Gallants put on a 5 goal thriller in Polokwane during the Carling Knockout, so keep an eye out on him!
