Pitso Mosimane admits his new look Bafana Bafana team will need to be cautious against a Guinea side brimming with talented players.
The new South Africa national team boss will see his side take on the west African nation in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier at the Amstel Orlando Arena on Saturday.
They continue their qualifiers with a match against Eritrea next week, ahead of a high-profile friendly with Egypt.
Guinea boast a number of top players, most notably Serhou Guirassy, who plies his trade in the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund.
Speaking ahead of the weekend encouter, Mosimane explained it will be a tough task to keep Guinea’s top players quiet.
“They have a top striker, playing in Dortmund and scoring. We have to make sure we deal with his aerial strength,” Mosimane said in the Sowetan.

“They [Guinea] have players in Saudi Arabia [defender Mory Konate and midfielders Seydouba Cisse and Morlaye Sylla], another one is in Poland [striker Lamine Diaby Fadiga], and another is at Girona [midfielder Lass Kourouma].
“You know the West African team sheets. But the Cup of Nations has told you that it is not about where you play; it is about what happens on the pitch.”
