Betway Premiership side Durban City have announced the double signing of Bafana Bafana international Ethan Brooks and Malian defender Alou Doumbia.
Brooks, 24, a former TS Galaxy and AmaZulu midfielder, joins City after parting ways with Greek Super League 2 side Panserraikos.
Doumbia, 23, arrives from Malian club Djoliba AC. Both players were unveiled ahead of Durban City’s 1-1 league draw against Richards Bay on Saturday.
“Durban City FC is pleased to announce the signing of Ethan Brooks and Alou Doumbia as the Club continues to build its squad as the 2026/27 campaign continues,” read a club statement.
“Their arrival adds further depth and competition within the squad as Durban City look to build on the foundations laid during pre-season and continue their progress in the new campaign.”
Durban City’s recent signings include Gaston Sirino, Tashreeq Morris, Bandile Shandu, Seth Green, Kabelo Mofokeng and John Mokone.
