The 21-year-old arrives at Naturena as Amakhosi continue to reinforce their squad ahead of the new season and this weekend’s MTN8 quarter-final against Golden Arrows.

Despite his young age, Abrahams has already built an impressive résumé. He made his Premier Soccer League debut in April 2024, just a day after celebrating his 19th birthday, before earning a move to Stellenbosch.

The talented attacker also gained valuable international experience during a spell in Israel before returning to South Africa last season, where he featured for Stellies.

Abrahams is equally highly regarded on the international stage. He played an important role in South Africa’s victorious 2025 Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) campaign, contributing an assist in three appearances as Amajita lifted the continental title.

Capable of operating as a winger or an attacking midfielder, Abrahams is expected to provide creativity, pace and versatility to coach Fernando Da Cruz’s attacking options.

His arrival continues Chiefs’ efforts to assemble a competitive squad capable of challenging for honours this season after an active transfer window which also saw the club announce the signing of Langelihle Phili also from Stellies.
