Orlando Pirates will be targeting a fifth consecutive victory against Chippa United in a league clash when they meet in the Betway Premiership on Tuesday.
The Buccaneers are unbeaten in their last eight league matches this season, winning seven of those and drawing once against log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns.
Meanwhile, the Chilli Boys find themselves rooted at the bottom of the top-flight table, but a victory would see Chippa eclipse Stellenbosch into 15th spot.
AmaBhakaniya have only lost once at home this season in their opening league match against Sekhukhune United this season whilst Chippa are yet to win a match on the road this season after five attempts.
The home side will be boosted by the availability of midfielders Sihle Nduli, Makhehleni Makhaula and defender Olisa Ndah following injury absences.
The two teams have already met in the 2025/26 Betway Premiership, with Pirates emerging 3-0 winners at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in August.
A victory for Abdeslam Ouaddou’s side against Chippa will put the Soweto giants equal on points with table toppers Mamelodi Sundowns, but with a game in hand.
Kick-off for Tuesday’s clash is scheduled for 19h00.
