Nasreddine Nabi calls for patience following loss to Richards Bay

Kaizer Chiefs’ head coach, Nasreddine Nabi, has urged supporters to remain patient and trust the process following the 2-0 defeat to Richards Bay.

The loss at King Zwelithini Stadium significantly impacted Chiefs’ chances of securing a top-three finish in the Betway Premiership, putting their CAF Confederation Cup hopes at risk.

With their position in the standings continuing to slip, the pressure on the team is mounting. However, Nabi is steadfast in his belief that the team is on the right track.

“We are in the process of building a team, and for a big club like Kaizer Chiefs, it takes more than six or seven months to come together. It requires time,” Nabi explained as quoted by IOL.

Despite the setback, the coach remains focused on long-term goals, with the team currently sitting in eighth place with 29 points after 22 games.

“We know exactly what needs to be done to improve the team and the club. One game’s result won’t alter our vision,” he added.
