Zenit 29/20 draw 24/10 Leverkusen 18/10
Leverkusen overtook Zenit with their 2-0 victory on matchday three and will be looking to strengthen their hold on the Group C leadership when the sides renew acquaintance in Russia. Despite losing in the competition, Zenit are yet to suffer defeat in the Russian League, winning nine of their 11 matches played with five of those wins coming at home. Andre Villas-Boas’ side have scored a superb 19 goals at home while conceding just three. Zenit are tipped to capitalize on home advantage.
Arsenal 7/20 draw 43/10 Anderlecht 64/10
Arsenal will be hoping to register a second win against Anderlecht and further strengthen their position in Group D. The Gunners have won two of their three matches in the competition and are in a comfortable position to qualify. Anderlecht are yet to register a win and find themselves in third place, five points off their opponents. Arsenal are a banker bet.
Benfica 8/10 draw 5/2 Monaco 36/10
A first point for Benfica and Monaco’s fall from Group C’s top spot were the consequences of the goalless draw on matchday three. They renew rivalry in Lisbon both seeking an improved result. The Portuguese champions are difficult to beat at home and should get the better of Monaco who haven’t looked the same since selling their best players such as Radamel Falcao, James Rodriguez and Emmanuel Riviere. Benfica are tipped for the win.
Malmo 89/10 draw 43/10 Atletico Madrid 3/10
Atletico Madrid recorded their biggest European victory by putting five goals past Malmo last time out to move top of Group A in the Champions League. Atletico have won two of their three matches in the group and are in a comfortable position to progress to the knockout stages. Malmo have lost two of their matches and have conceded seven goals in the process. Diego Simeone is constructing a footballing army to be reckoned with and his soldiers should come away with three valuable points.
Real Madrid 1/4 draw 52/10 Liverpool 87/10
Buoyed by their 3-0 win at Anfield, Group B leaders Real Madrid will host Liverpool looking for the victory that will guarantee their progress to the knockout rounds. Los Blancos boast one of the deadliest attacks in the world and are tipped to oust their opponents who have struggled to find their rhythm this season. Real Madrid to win half-time/full-time looks a good bet at 13/20.
Dortmund 2/9 draw 53/10 Galatasaray 11/1
Borussia Dortmund have been outstanding with three wins from three games, scoring nine goals and are yet to concede. Galatasaray are yet to record a win in the group and should find it difficult to break through Dortmund’s solid back four. While the Germans are solid in defence, they are lethal in offence. Dortmund have a plethora of weapons in the attack and are tipped to pick up maximum points.
Basel 7/10 draw 27/10 Ludogorets 39/10
Basel will look to avenge their last-gasp defeat at Ludogorets when the teams reconvene in Switzerland on Tuesday night. Ludogorets’ 1-0 home victory over Basel lifted them level with both Basel and Liverpool on three points. Ludogorets have a defensive minded approach and should have enough to deal with Basel’s feeble attack. The draw looks a likely result at 27/10.
Juventus 3/10 draw 4/1 Olympiakos 10/1
After back-to-back away defeats, Juventus will welcome the return to Turin where they are unbeaten in eight matches in UEFA competition. Both sides are still in the race for a place in the knockout stages and there is every chance we will see an entertaining encounter. Massimilliano Allegri’s men are leading the Serie A standings and they have yet to suffer a loss in the league this term, winning all of their matches at home. Back the Italian champions to reign supreme.

Ajax 81/10 draw 44/10 Barcelona 3/10
Goals from Neymar and Lionel Messi helped Barcelona to a 3-1 victory over Ajax in the Champions League last time out. This time the Catalans will have Luis Suarez to add ferocity to what already is a lethal attack. The match should be a tight affair and the impact of Suarez may prove to be the difference. Barca should get maximum points but take Luis Suarez anytime goalscorer.
Athletic Bilbao 14/10 draw 9/4 Porto 19/10
Athletic Bilbao face a mammoth task of upsetting league leaders Porto on Wednesday and should they fail to get a victory their chances of qualifying for the knockout stages will be all but over. Bilbao have recorded just one victory in the Spanish league and Porto should prove too strong. Back Porto at 19/10.
Bayern Munich 2/9 draw 52/10 Roma 10/1
A ruthless Bayern Munich side blasted Roma off the park in a 7-1 thrashing in Rome last time out to maintain their excellent start. Bayern shot stopper Manuel Neuer was at his majestic best between the sticks and was unlucky not to keep a clean-sheet. This time I think he will. Bayern should oust their opponents by being deadly in attack while remaining solid at the back. Both teams not to score is available at 8/10.
Manchester City 1/4 draw 52/10 CSKA Moscow 95/10
Manchester City’s Champions League hopes hang in the balance as the Citizens threw away a 2-0 lead to draw 2-2 with CSKA Moscow in Russia last time out. City are now in desperate need of a win with anything less than three points making it almost impossible for them to qualify for the knockout stages. City are expected to win at home and should claim their first win in the group with a well-kept clean sheet. Both teams not to score is tipped at 17/20.
NK Maribor 9/1 draw 4/1 Chelsea 3/10
Jose Mourinho’s side recorded their biggest-ever Champions League victory against Maribor last time out, beating the Slovenian side 6-0. It’s obvious this Chelsea side are serious contenders to win this year’s Champions League. Maribor are yet to win a match in the group and that is unlikely to change in this fixture. There’s not much value on the Blues, so I recommend taking them on the half-time/full-time win double at 8/10.
PSG 2/11 draw 6/1 APOEL Nicosia 12/1
Paris St. Germain won their match against APOEL Nicosia 1-0 through a late Edinson Cavani goal to go top of Group F table. Laurent Blanc’s side are unbeaten in their Champion’s League campaign this season and are tipped to continue their impressive run with a comfortable home victory against APOEL Nicosia who sit bottom of the group with just one point. PSG tend to take their time to get into the game and the 2nd half to produce more goals is the way to go at 9/10.
Shakhtar 1/5 draw 54/10 BATE Borisov 12/1
Shakhtar Donetsk moved up to second in Group H after thrashing BATE Borisov 7-0 in Belarus in the first round, exposing their opponent’s defensive frailties. The Ukrainian champions picked up from where they left off in their domestic league as they hammered Volyn 6-2 at home last weekend. Shakhtar are a banker bet but are short at 1/5. For the brave hearted I’d suggest taking Shakhtar to win by three or more at 15/10.
Sporting Lisbon 21/20 draw 5/2 Schalke 26/10
Roberto di Matteo’s Schalke enjoyed a dramatic 4-3 win over 10-man Sporting Lisbon last time out after a dubious penalty in time added on settled their Champions League clash. Both sides thrive on free-flowing attacking football which could see defences exposed. There should be chances galore on either end and their respective frontlines should take their opportunities with open arms. Both teams to score looks a solid bet at 13/20.
