Power Dynamos have played down speculation linking striker Andy Boyeli with a move to Kaizer Chiefs.
The 23-year-old DR Congo frontman excelled for Power Dynamos in the Zambian Premier League this season.
Boyeli scored 17 goals as Dynamos ended their season in third place on the league standings.
He was first linked to Chiefs, and Orlando Pirates, last season after netting 18 goals the previous campaign but there were no offers forthcoming.
Now with speculation that the player is set to play in South Africa next term, Dynamos CEO Gibson Chaloba insists his club has not been contacted by Amakhosi.
Chaloba told FARPost: “I can categorically state that I’ve never received any enquiry from Kaizer Chiefs regarding Andy Boyeli.
“At the moment, there’s nothing concrete [from the other clubs that have shown interest].”
Dynamos are more than open to letting Boyeli move on, with Chaloba adding: “He’s a player we would sell if there’s a proper suitor.
“If someone has a good offer, we’d consider it. We’ve read rumours. We’ve seen on social media [that our player is linked to Chiefs and Pirates], but basically, there’s nothing. We’re ready to sit and discuss if there’s any suitors.”
